Notice of Motion for Meetings Policy
The Board of Education is considering changes to their board governance policy on meetings. A notice of motion was issued at the December 17, 2024 public board meeting requesting that feedback be sent to the policy review committee through the superintendent's office (natalie.crawshaw@sd72.bc.ca) before January 9. The board will be considering all feedback and the motion at the January 14, 2025 public board meeting.
The changes include how questions on agenda items can be submitted to the Board of Education to reflect the online livestream attendance option, as well as in-person attendance.
