The mission of the Carihi Secondary Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is to engage, empower and support our parents, our students, our school, and our community, for the success of all students. Our goal is to improve communication and understanding, provide functional and financial support to our Carihi community, and afford the Carihi community an opportunity to address issues directly impacting our school, in a culture of acceptance, inclusion and equity.

The Carihi PAC is looking for two more volunteers to join the council.  
In order for our school to receive over $15,000 in gaming funds, we need to have an active PAC.
We meet one a month for an hour.  Please come out to our first meeting on Monday, September 23rd at 7:00 pm in the school library.

Meetings are held in the Carihi Library Learning Commons at 7:00pm.  Everyone is welcome to attend. 

Make A Donation

We are asking for one-time donations to Carihi PAC. Please make cheques payable to Carihi Secondary School and indicate PAC Fundraiser on the memo line or you can e-transfer to carihi.accounting@sd72.bc.ca. For Donations over $100 a tax receipt will be issued by SD72. For a tax receipt please include name and mailing address. 

 If our late gaming grant application is approved then donations will be used to further fund PAC’s support of extracurricular sports, clubs and activities. 

How To Give

• Mail or drop-off cheque at office: Carihi Secondary School, Attention PAC, 350 Dogwood St., Campbell River, BC V9W 2X1
• E-transfer: carihi.accounting@sd72.bc.ca Please include your mailing address for tax receipt.
• Bottle Drive: Take your empties to Island Return It Depot and ask them to add it to the Carihi PAC account.
