We wanted to send out some clarification on the Grade 6 Immunizations. The first clinic is next Wednesday, November 13th. There will be a catch-up clinic for students that were away this day on Tuesday, November 19^th.

Consent forms with details have been given to grade 6 teachers to disburse to students. The due date to return this form is THIS Wednesday, November 6th.
