Student Life
Our high schools are known for quality academic, sports academies, and career opportunities in addition to electives in media, technology, fine arts, leadership and entrepreneurship.
International students make up a small portion of the schools' student body so they have the chance to immerse themselves in English and make Canadian friends. Our small program permits flexible programming to meet each student's need. English language learning courses are offered to students who require this service. Our homestay contractor and program coordinator meet with students regularly to verify their safety, their academic growth and personal success to ensure an excellent educational experience. Students must maintain a minimum "C-" average. Academic interventions will occur if needed.
There are four classes per day on a semester system. The first semester runs from September to January, while second semester goes from February to June. Students have each course for five months and the same classes every day of the week. The end of each semester could include special assignments, exams, and/or final projects.
